The emergency waiting room was chaotic with sick kids screaming and full of people with issues. The various intake people, receptionist, triage nurse, and registration were excpellent. Everything happened fairly quickly, (maybe within 15 min), and then we waited another 10 to be taken to a room. The hospital and the staff are absolute professionals and we deeply appreciate their work and dedication! The emergency doctor was spread thin but spectacularly kind, quick, and very through, and she explained our questions. Thank you. The basic issue in WA it seems, is that there are not enough doctors for the served population, so things can get a bit slow.
