Qasr Shabeeb Hospital has a long and glorious tradition. It is one of the oldest private general hospitals in the city of Zarga, in The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, having been founded in 1983. The Hospital was named after the Traditional Omayyad Palace. which is located opposite to the Hospital’s main building.The hospital consists of nine floors, accommodating for seventy beds. All rooms are fitted with en-suite bathrooms and range from deluxe private suites to three-bedded rooms. Apart from the private wards, the Hospital’s magnificent building -which has recently been extended – houses a large Out-Patient/ER Department, Maternity Ward, comprehensive pharmacy. aciv anced Radiology department, fully-equipped laboratory, nar.Intensive are Unit, operating theaters. laundry. lecture room, serviced cafeteria and accounting.A new wing was opened in beginning of year 2003, containing Dialysis rooms and dentistry clinic. Other parts of the Hospital have been extensively refurbished to make it one of the most up-to-date private hospitals in Zarqa and neighboring towns.
