I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the care and support you have provided. Your commitment to your patients is truly admirable. My 72 year old mom was admitted last 26th of September and got discharged last 30th in the emergency department. The receptionist, nurses and doctors are all attentive to her, though I informed them that my mom does not have any insurance, they still prioritize and focused to treat her. They did a series of test and took good care of her until she get better. During my mom’s discharge I struggled settling the bill as I really don’t have any penny on my pocket. The management office explained the process and needs to be done however I really can’t pay it, as the amount was quite big and my monthly salary is only enough for me and for my mom’s monthly medication. I really salute you ma’am (you know who you are) for helping me during our difficult time. Big thanks to all of the Rashid management, as you really help a lot of people who is in difficult situation like me. Thank you for always putting the well-being of your patients first. Your dedication does not go unnoticed. I will continue praying to bless you more and more. I hope there’s a lot more people you can help like me. GOD bless you all and thank you once again

I was there with my broken hand, my nurse riya from emergency was very kind with me Meanwhile you are sick you are emotionally sensitive and you want to be treated a bit better. I spent 5 days in the hospital and unfortunately many nurses even forgot about my basic IV. But nurse Riya always came and checked how the IV was going and always said that if I needed anything, I should call her Unfortunately it’s very rare to find kind of nurses in the hospital industry nowadays Thank you so much Riya
