My Mom was at the facility for 3 months. I had the pleasure of working with many CNA, therapist and administrators. One particular lady, Ms. Watts, was extremely helpful. She is the Discharge Planner. She kept me updated on insurance appeals, helped to set up equipment needed for when my Mom went home, home health info and set-up for the following week, and scheduled necessary meetings for me and my Mom with the physical therapists. I appreciate her dedication, kindness and caring attitude toward the patients and their family!
