1. I attended for two pre-op tests on May 18/24 and a lovely volunteer named Brenda not only walked me to where I needed to go, she knew I had to come back a few days later for a third test so she inquired if they had room to fit me in that day and they did, thank you Cheryl in medical imaging. Also thanks to my xray tech Natalie who helped me remove and put my necklace back on. My blood test was a breeze and so was my ECG. I’ve never come across such friendly staff at a hospital, kudos to everyone for being so kind and professional.
2. I had my MRI done early this morning at the MRI unit. The place was very organized and clean. The receptionist and the technician were exceptionally friendly, professional , patient and caring. Kudos to management . Thank you for your dedicated public service!
