1. I recently visited the ER at Ridge Meadows Hospital after experiencing chest pain, and I was impressed with the speed of the initial service. Upon arrival, I was promptly attended to, and the ECG, X-ray, and blood tests were quickly administered, providing me with a sense of urgency and care.

However, the only downside was the wait time to see the doctor and discuss the results. Despite the efficiency of the initial tests, it took nearly FIVE hours to consult with the doctor as there was only ONE doctor attending to all the patients. However, when dealing with emergency, especially late at night, every minute can feel critical, and a shorter wait time for consultation would have been greatly appreciated.

Overall, the efficiency of the initial services at Ridge Meadows Hospital's ER was commendable, but there is room for improvement in reducing wait times for consultations, considering the workload on the lone attending physician.

2. I gave birth to a child at Ridge Meadow Hospital, and all the nurses here were so kind.
Even though I lacked English, the nurses were so kind and took good care of me, so I'm going home well. I'm not sure how to express my gratitude to the nurses because I'm not good at English, but thank you all so much, and I think it will remain a good memory in my family.
