1. Five start treatment from the moment I entered Emergency very early Friday morning with my sick teenager. She was seen to almost immediately. She was moved to Short Stay and they continued to thoroughly investigate her health despite her feeling better and wanting to go home. Every single nurse, doctor, warden and food services team member was respectful, kind and accommodating. It turned out that surgery was necessary and the surgeons and anaesthetists were funny and friendly, making sure my daughter was at ease. They patiently explained everything carefully and clearly. The nurses in the surgical ward were attentive and gentle.

2. I will always remember my trip and stay in the Robina Hospital Emergency Department. Thanks to Molly the ambulance attendant for making me feel so comfortable and thank you to the Emergency Department Staff for all their hard work. All the very best!!
