1. Was a patient at maternity ward. On arrival the admissions process was very smooth took only few minutes.
At the ward there were about 4 of the staff getting me ready for theater. After theater Busi was there for me every 5 minutes coming to check on me,helping me eat and drink(as if even the upper body wasn't functioning ,,,loved it thou)next day Unathi Siwana assisting me to the bathroom...That was good service for me...just lower the noise at the nurses desk.
2. Hi
I was admitted from the 22-25th April at Surgical 6.1The passion, dedication,caring and kindness displayed by nurse Siphokazi aka Kuku will forever be engraved in my heart.
Even though she was moved to another ward within the Surgical unit, she came to check on me after coming from theatre, (it was late in the evening)she assisted me to the bathroom.In the morning after she finished bathing her patients, she came to bath me even though time was against her as she was suppose to knock off.All this was done with love She never complained, she did her work with diligence.
This type of excellent service was also extended to other patients within the unit as I had observed when she nursed another elderly and frail patient.
Keep it up Sphokazi, you are rare germ.
