Our mom has been in several nursing home facilities and our experience at Urbandale Healthcare Centers has been beyond what we could have dreamed for mom. The other facilities pale in comparison. The staff is kind, helpful and care about their patients. The Assistant Director of Nursing gave us her personal phone number and has never made us feel bad for contacting her regarding mom's care. When we decided mom should go on Hospice we were guided through the hard days, constantly telling us what to expect. Thank you Urbandale for being a quality facility!
