1. My experience at RUH was very positive. They took my symptoms seriously and were quick to get all sorts of different tests completed to find a diagnosis. Every single person I dealt with was top notch, the nurses, the doctors and all the supporting roles.
It's sad to see the state of the health care system and the hospital, you can definitely see issues as a guest but it's comforting to see very talented professionals taking pride in their work.
2. I spent over 7 hours in the ER at RUH today and I was impressed by the kindness of the nurses and the competency of the doctors to ensure no stones were left unturned to figure out my illness. They have my utmost gratitude!
3. Had a planned spinal surgery on my neck on Dec. 8, 2023. From the initial appointment with the surgeon, Dr. L. Hhenney, to the pre op appointments, surgery and after care it was exceptional. The doctors and nurses and everyone involved were fabulous. I could not have asked for anything better. Everything was covered from the beginning to the end. I did not need to ask for anything. They all were taking care of me like it was a 5 star hotel. Much appreciated.
