My mother was treated on Monday last week using BPJS, the treatment was very fast. When we arrived at the emergency room, immediate action was given (heart recording, X-ray & scanning) then we waited for a room quickly, within ±10 minutes and we got a room. The service was very good, from the security guard to the doctor who was very friendly and very thorough.-tata githa
