The hospital is fully equipped for trauma and medical evacuation, featuring a 'Hospital on Wheels' ambulance service. Additional services include hemodialysis and chemotherapy day care. RSU BaliMéd Negara has received the highest accreditation from the Indonesian Ministry of Health's Hospital Accreditation Committee (KARS).
