The hospital has three healthcare buildings: Rajawali Building (old building), Cendrawasih Building, and Garuda Building with eight floors. It provides comprehensive healthcare services, with a focus on serving the local community.

The service is good online
What's troublesome is having to queue with those who are offline because there is a verification system from the hospital which takes the queue number from the security guard. It would be better to have used a machine for the queue number and the conditions needed when offline have also been prepared. -Agung
