Do not be deceived by their appearance. They may look old but their staff, service crew and doctors are professional, friendly and reasonably patient. Great place for consultation and admission. They treat BPJS and self paid patient evenly without any differences. Kudos! However, the gap and room for improvements are huge for them to be synchronized between departments and their workflow have to be standardize and organized. One of my fav hospital in Medan.
