Established in 2012, Rumah Sakit Royal Prima Jambi operates as a Class C hospital under the decree of the Indonesian Minister of Health No. HK.02.03/I/2039/2014. The hospital is part of PT Royal Prima and has been serving the community since December 29, 2011. On September 10, 2019, it achieved "Paripurna" accreditation from the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS) with accreditation number KARS-SERT/938/IX/2019. ​
