Hospital Beds & Infrastructure

The services are okay. What bothers me is the patients have to wait by sitting and standing at the parking lot, before their names called. Whenever this situation improves, I will give them four stars instead. Quite recently today, I was waiting for 15 minutes for my medicine after they called my number. The girl in charge snapped at me and said why you hadn't show up when we called you??? Even though, I explained to her, she still blamed me for being late. I explained further with my rising voices. Later on, she apologized though insincerely. I told her I will change into 2 stars only instead of the previous 3 stars.- Gunawan Prajogo
