From my experience of visiting hospitals in Samarinda, I think this hospital has the best service. The security officers at the front entrance are friendly. not rude like in other hospitals. The hospital staff are also very friendly. Confused about looking for a room, continued to be escorted to the room.

The patient's family said that the treatment from the doctors and nurses was also good. especially the nurses who are super duper friendly and really help the patients👍🏻

The only minus is that the parking space is narrow, hehe - MB
