The entire staff at the Rumford hospital emergency center were excellent. When I arrived at the emergency room as a walk in patient I got in immediately. I have gone to larger hospitals and waited hours to see someone. During my nearly four hour stay I was seen by approximately seven staff and ALL were kind and compassionate. Staff checked in often to see how I was doing and constantly gave me updates on when I would receive test results and what those results were. Being in the health industry is a very tough job! I commend all of these folks for their service. Several employees were traveling medical care workers and I enjoyed talking to them about their travels and where they were from. One nurse had just graduated and was telling me about her experiences during covid and how difficult that was. Again thanks to all of the staff at the Rumford emergency room .... you guys were wonderful!

they took pretty good care of me when I was miscarrying my twins in the middle of January!! It was so painful I had to call the ambulance and they brought me here for the first time and took care of me, helped me with the pain, and did whatever they had to do to get me back on track. the EMTs who came to the house were really comforting also. Thanks everyone! :)
