About Us :

Rush University Medical Center is an academic medical center that includes a 671-bed hospital serving adults and children, the 61-bed Johnston R. Bowman Health Center, and Rush University. For more than 180 years, the Medical Center has been leading the way in developing innovative and often life-saving treatments. Today, Rush is a thriving center for basic and clinical research, with physicians and scientists involved in hundreds of research projects developing and testing the effectiveness and safety of new therapies and medical devices. Thank God for a job well done; Open Heart Cardiac Operation. All of the Doctors preformed their job with excellence; Dr. Frank, Antone Tatooles, MD, Hussam Suradi, MD, William Stansfield, MD and my favorite, Dr. Lisa Garland . No wonder I healed so quickly! The Nursing Staff was pleasant and met every need, some even before I knew there was a need. Thank God for Cruz, Heedy, Jaci, Kevin, Amy, Mateo, Maria, Ivana, Will, and Daniel, to name a few.
