1. Recently my mum had undergone treatment at the emergency department and later had to undergo a surgery. One absolutely amazing aspect was the empathy shown by every single member of staff, starting from the triage nurse, the reception and the doctors. It was such a positive experience during a distressing moment that it helped the overall recovery. My mum is doing very well now post surgery and I would highly rate the management at Ryde hospital for this. Special mention to the nurses at the day surgery unit for such an excellent care received by my mum.

2. 10/10 for Ryde hospital emergency department, I was not in a good way when I arrived, the triage nurse looked after me and with very caring and then very quickly assigned a bed, had all the necessary tests and scans, was treated. The doctor that looked after me was incredible, kept me informed why they carried out more tests

All the staff I encountered were super stars in my eyes, pleasant, friendly, attentive and accommodating. Although I never want to go back, if I have to I know I will be in the best hands. Thanks to everyone.
