Yesterday (4.29.25) I returned to Sage Medical Clinic for an annual health screening and I really enjoyed my visit. The office enviroment was really comfortable and the support staff very accomodating. Chris Smith, DNP is top notch. He is thorough, reviewing in great detail the results of my blood tests and provided me with a detailed report of our conversation before leaving the clinic. He impressed me as being super knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He clearly digs his job. I encourage anyone seeking a health provider to checkout Chris Smith.
