We came in for an emergency and was tended to by a nurse by the name of Laurie. She was phenomenal. This is one of the first times we’ve had a nurse so throughly listen to each word we’ve had to say and be able to help us out to greatest of her ability. Keep it up Laurie. Recently I found myself needing care and I chose St. Alphonsus systems to meet those needs. I was in the ER as well as Ortho and cardiology. The ER was absolutely 1,000% a positive experience. Everyone knew what their jobs were, they were extremely kind, fun, professional , and knowledgeable. I felt safe! They listened to my complaints explained everything to me. Gave me a sense of peace. I was very impressed with everyone in the ER. The check-in process, appointment making and the doctor for cardiology, Specifically Dr. McPeters was just awesome. It was a great experience. And even though I wasn't greatly impressed with my provider that performed an injection on my right shoulder, she was professional, She did her job well and the appointment went extremely quickly and smooth. I can't say enough good things about St. Alphonsus system so far in my experience. Thank you for exceeding my expectations in caring for me. As a healthcare professional of over 30 years myself, that is a difficult task to complete. Great job St Alphonsus, keep up the great work 👍
