1. I went to the emergency service with a neurological problem on a Friday night. Everyone was very professional and helpful, and the medical personnel was full of empathy and understanding. Of course the whole process from my arrival to exit took a very long time but every effort was made to diagnose my issue.

2. I was very ill on my first day in Paris and had to go to the emergency room in the morning on 29/03/23. Even though I didn't speak French, the nurses and doctors were compassionate and kind. Surprisingly, I only had to wait for about 30 minutes before they assigned me an English-speaking doctor, who was incredibly lovely.
