1. My grandmother was admitted to this sanatorium in September 2023. The nursing care on the 4th floor was very correct, (I don't remember their names) some wanted to care for her more than others... The doctors came by every day to check on her and cure her. .
The room was very comfortable, large and was cleaned every day. The only bad thing was that the towels had to be requested from the hotel and it took a long time to bring them.
Special mention for the traumatologist Dr. Luis Japas who operated on my grandmother, doing everything possible to save her toes... unfortunately, my grandmother ended up dying in this sanatorium.
2. On-call attention is fast. They provide good care, both upon admission and the doctors.
Very good service, very friendly and expeditious staff. I had surgery and they were very attentive in human quality. The facilities are very accurate to each patient's situation. The room was clean and comfortable.
