1. There should be a system that doesn't allow the same cheeky people to take multiple numbers for admission and distribute them among friends/neighbors or whatever. It's a hospital and we all want to take appointments for ourselves/relatives who NEED IT and go home, it's not a club or a business where sneaking in doesn't matter.
Apart from that - which has nothing to do with the staff - very good attention from all the people who work there: doctors, nurses, admission desk and on-call and the girls who guide you!!!!!
2. Excellent attention. It took a while for the guard to attend to me, as is actually normal, but the attention was professional, and they gave me both the medications and painkillers that I needed. I am very grateful to them for it.
