From the moment I was admitted, the care and attention I received were exceptional. The nursing staff were absolutely incredible—compassionate, attentive, and always available when I needed support. They made me feel truly cared for throughout my stay and helped create a calm, reassuring environment during labor and recovery. A special thank you to my doctor Malames Mahmoud who was incredibly supportive and accommodating. She took the time to listen to all my concerns, answered every question with patience, and made sure my birth plan and comfort were always prioritized. Her professionalism and kindness gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire process. Overall, I felt safe, supported, and respected at every step. I’m so grateful to the team at Saudi German Hospital for making this such a positive and memorable experience.
