1. I was rushed to Sault Hospital with complications of cholecystitis. I am a senior with mobility issues, was treated with utmost respect and compassion from the moment I was placed in the ambulance to my discharge following surgery a week later. Every person I spoke with introduced themselves and explained what was happening patiently. Thank you all in ER, Imaging, OR , 3A and 3B and paramedics Carol and Bruce. Thank you Dr Reich for getting rid of that nasty gall bladder!.

2. I was in the emergency department and I have to say I was very happy with the staff.
I maybe waited an hour to see Dr.and he explained my situation very thoroughly.
The nurse who
signed me in was very nice and efficient when I was leaving she even came down to where I came in just to make sure I didn't get lost
I had never been there before and I appreciated her help.
