The staff at A & E here are so kind and friendly. It's very different to what we're used to at our local hospital. There's a wait, but there always is at A & E. We've seen multiple nurses, and every single one has been kind, compassionate and understanding. It's incredible.

Taken to A & E after a bad fall. Every member of staff from receptionists to nurses to doctors to porters were absolutely fantastic. They were all rushed off their feet but each one that I came across showed me an outstanding level of care and attention. Questions were answered, pain managed and nothing was too much trouble. I can't thank them enough...am truly humbled by their caring attitudes and commitment to a job that really doesn't pay them enough.
