I understand that many people might have negative experiences, and this is common when people can't respond quickly in desperate emergency situations. However, I had no problems with a recent baby delivery. For those who are pregnant, I would recommend calling in advance to see if the admittance criteria are met. Nights in public areas are quiet and sometimes hallways feel like an empty airport. The maternity ward (Family Birthing Unit) is operational with full service 24 hours a day, and staff are knowledgeable. I would recommend an H-Pass for long term visits for multiple days, as short term parking is expensive.

My baby was born in 2 days ago in the hospital and the I had the most wonderful experience. Everything was top notch in the maternal ward. I was worried when I saw the reviews but my experience was absolutely great. The parking staff were very good. All the nurses and doctors were very helpful and kind. The staff took care of the patient and new born like family. I didn’t like the attitude of one female paediatrician forgot her name but everything else was amazing. After care was great. The staff was very vigilant and always willing to help. Just a tip for anyone staying overnight bring a warm blanket with you because it gets pretty cold at night. Great job guys you are all amazing.
