Thank you very much for your help during my spinal stenosis surgery. The numbness is completely gone. In that sense, I am very grateful, but I feel that the waiting time for outpatients and checkout time is too much. My reservation time was early in the morning, but I ended up finishing after 12:00. I had to wait 30 minutes after the consultation, but overall it takes too long, so there is room for improvement. I would like you to review your reservation time schedule or set a time with plenty of time. Please take this seriously and consider improvements. I'm sure there are many other patients who feel the same way.
