Established in 1960, Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital is the first affiliated hospital of Shandong First Medical University and a clinical teaching hospital of Cheeloo College of Medicine, Shandong University. Initially serving as a healthcare facility for cadres, it has evolved into a comprehensive provincial hospital open to the public since the late 1970s.
