About Us :

Siliguri Greater Lions Eye Hospital (SGLEH) is a premier super-speciality, non-profit eye hospital in Siliguri, West Bengal, and one of the largest and most trusted eye care institutions in Eastern India. Founded in 1981, SGLEH operates under the Greater Lions Seva Nidhi trust and is supported by international charities, government departments, NGOs, and Lions Club members. The hospital’s mission is to provide affordable, accessible, and high-quality eye care to all, regardless of caste, creed, or nationality. SGLEH has grown into a network with three hospitals and over 60 primary eye care centers, reaching more than 4.5 lakh beneficiaries annually and performing over 26,700 surgeries each year.
