Southeast Health is a comprehensive, not-for-profit regional healthcare system located in Dothan, Alabama. Founded in 1957, the organization has grown into a 420-bed medical center serving communities across southeast Alabama, southwest Georgia, and the Florida Panhandle. As a regional referral center, Southeast Health provides advanced medical services and houses the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine (ACOM), the state’s first osteopathic medical school. The hospital is nationally recognized for excellence in stroke care, cardiac services, surgery, and patient safety. It is also a teaching hospital with multiple residency programs accredited by the ACGME, making it a hub for both exceptional patient care and medical education.
