I unfortunately had to take my boyfriend here on our way up from Florida two nights ago. I have never had such a good experience in an emergency room. You could tell the condition he was in and they thankfully took him back immediately. The nurses that we had were amazing and so nice and really took care of him and you could tell they cared. And the Doctor also was nice and explained the medication they had to give him well. I never write reviews but I had such a good experience and am so thankful that I just had to. Thank you to the doctor and all the amazing nurses who helped us!

I’m an employee of SEH so I always choose to use the services provided by the organization. We recently had to take our 2 year old to the ED for some stitches on a cut finger. The registration was painless and the Access Specialist was very nice! The wait time was reasonable considering the codes that were coming through. The triage nurses put my son at ease right away and told us what the next steps would be. Shortly after, one of the PAs and a nurse took care of our little one and got him stitched up. They were patient and kind through the whole encounter and gave us good instructions for follow up. I was very satisfied with our experience!
