Came in with a kidney stone they were quick to come help me with a wheelchair since the pain was unbearable! I was seen within 10 min and taken straight to the back and they were busy. My nurse was very good and caring she helped bag up all my clothes and made sure they were secured on my bed because she said they looked very expensive as well as allowed me to keep on all my jewelry. They checked on me every 10-15 min and this was in the middle of the night.Thankfully I was able to pass the blockage and the doctor came to inform me of the problem and left me a detailed report of all the test they ran and his diagnosis.I have had many bad ER stays been left on a gurney for hours in hallways with no one even giving me the time of day but not here I felt I was well taken care of and will use them again if another emergency happens thank you for all your hard work !!!!!~Michael Grace

From the minute we walked in for my husbands surgery to today there’s not a single thing i could complain about from the security guard to nurses therapist to the cleaning crew every single person went above and beyond their job description even administration was present and asking if we needed anything , We are beyond grateful to everyone for their outstanding service , and their dedication May GOD Bless every single one at Southern California Hospital i will not give u 5 stars it will not be fair But 1000+ stars Forever Greatful ♥️~
