~Jeff Crossley Scheduling took less than 5 mins and I did it at 3 im the AM when I woke up hurting. Check in took 2 mins.. I just checked the insurance and health info text to me and the front service staff was friendly and courteous. She made sure my pharmacy info was correct and gave me extra updated copies of the VA coverage info needed from the dr to fill my script. The treatment team thanked me for my service and was professional and a sweetheart. She wished me well and was prompt and professional getting my vitals. The dr and nurse were both quick and professional and knew exactly what I needed. I was in and out in 20 mins but nothing was rushed. I get 2 shots and an antibiotic. They sent my stuff to the pharmacy and it was ready when I got there. 2 days later I feel 100%!!! Excellent and exactly what I needed to get ready for another busy week of work. I would recommend these folk’s for veterans and anyone who can use them with their insurance. I’m not sure the cash visit price but I’m sure it’s worth it. They r the best dr I’ve been too in years for urgent care.
