I traveled from Bossier to Minden to attend an appointment at this clinic, believing the same personnel were still employed there, but unfortunately, they were not, resulting in an excessive wait of over two hours. Upon my departure, the doctor assured me they would arrive shortly; however, this was of little comfort, considering I had been waiting in the examination room for over sixty minutes. Nevertheless, I must say it was very much well worth the wait; Doctor, please note that I will return if needed, even though one lady was unfriendly 😂, which did not bother me 😂.

Everyone from the front desk, Mary, to the nurses, Angelina and Heidi, to the doctor, Jason, are a wonderful team to see at a quick care. They were all very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The second time we've been to the clinic in two days, yesterday for my husband and today for me. My compliments to everyone. They all have good personalities and bedside manners. Thanks for making being sick just a little easier!
