My girlfriend used the hospital today as a tourist, for a suspected infection. The process was very straightforward, we went to the ER and were there for 10 minutes, and then came back an hour later for test results. The only cost was 500 LEK for antibiotics.

We received excellent care in the emergency room. The doctor and nurses spoke English, and communication was very easy. The wait time for the X-ray and the consultation afterward was very short, not at all comparable to German emergency rooms. The emergency room itself is rustic, but the X-ray machine is brand new, and the staff is very competent. I highly recommend it if needed!

We had to go to this hospital for my daughter who was stung by a jellyfish on the face. We were treated very quickly by a dermatologist who took the time to explain what to do and prescribe the necessary medication. She was super kind and caring towards us. To top it all off, the consultation was free because we were tourists! A big thank you.
