I experienced a minor emergency on a Saturday and it was pretty scary at first. I'm not good with blood or serious wounds I get nervous. I must say kudos to the paramedics who recommended going to St. Anne instead of a closer hospital as it was worth the drive. I was able to get in right away as there was no one there quite literally. The wait was a bit long to see the doctor but I understand they have higher priority patients with more serious issues than me at that time. The doctor was very understanding and positive. She assured me they would be able to treat me quickly and that it would be the least invasive option and that I would be okay. Really appreciated that big time in such a scary moment. Granted I'm a big baby when it comes to medical trauma. The nurses were excellent too - friendly, caring, and skilled. Good experience overall, highly recommend!

Dr. Kennedy was extremely kind, he sat down and explained the results of my MRI and made feel very reassured. Chloe was an excellent nurse, very attentive and checked on me frequently, and made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Overall it was a great experience. Nothing bad to share.
