I have never been hospitalized in my life. I didn’t expect as much as l got by way of great service and optimal care. These medical professionals and staff really made me feel comfortable and calm. The names of the people who gave me great service are so many to mention that starting with one will definitely leave out many. But l am grateful and hope they keep up their splendid efforts to provide each patient with quality healthcare

Each time we have been to the emergency room, it has been a smooth visit, and short. We all know that visits can be very long!!! Our daughter was the patient this time, but amazingly we had Angel, the nurse, and Dr. Patel. They are very professional and caring. Angel has a good sense of humor, which is an asset when you work in an area where people come in sick, annoyed, and down. Sometimes humor works to lift your spirits, and sometimes, nothing works, but for her to have it, is a plus!☺️ Dr. Patel is thorough and explains well. She’s in and out too, but has empathy, and feels for her patients. The registration nurse was wonderful, and the admittance clerk was nice. The overall experience was great! And let me tell you, I have seen some emergency rooms that are horrible, so kudos to St Catherine’s emergency room and staff. You are definitely my go to ER!!!
