I was impressed with being able to get an appointment for the CT so quickly - the next day after I called! The person who made my appointment was very nice and helpful. When I came in for the CT appointment both of those who checked me in were extremely friendly and nice. I was very surprised and pleased with the short wait time both to check in and go to the Radiology Dept. The young man who did the CT was very nice. He made me feel at ease and comfortable. He explained that we would be using the new unit which is being used to cut down wait time for CT appointments. He was very competent and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.

I was blown away with how kind and attentive the staff at St. Francis was. I went to the ER at around 5:00am Monday morning with severe abdominal pain that resulted in an appendectomy. Everyone from the time I checked in to the time I was discharged went above and beyond to make me and my family comfortable. My nurses, Jodi and Anna were AMAZING and sweet as can be. Dr. Smith did an incredible job with the surgery. They kept me and my family well informed throughout the stay. I just can’t say enough about this place. Thank you to all who took such great care of me! It means the world to me! God bless y'all!
