My mother had to have a procedure due to a cancer diagnosis, and her best friend and I accompanied her o her big day. I have to say I was beyond impressed, as a medical professional in a different field I had my guards. From the second we walked in we were greeted and guided through the next steps. The surgery department was top notch. From admin, to pre-op, post-op and discharge, I was so pleasantly surprised with the amazing care and communication. We have had one of the best experiences at this hospital. Checked in late at night through the ER and while there was some wait, the staff and facilities couldn’t have been better - nurses were kind, attentive, and communicative. Our stay in the intermediate care was excellent. The facilities and room were clean and modern and all staff were incredible! Will definitely be considering this hospital for any health needs going forward~christian DaSilva
