1. Excellent service from everyone involved, from the security to the admin to the nurse and to the doctors.
Our Spanish is super basic. They were able to direct us to English speaking doctor and nurse. Despite being busy, we were attended to in a timely manner.

The attention given by both Dr Carlos and Dr Jimena were wonderful. They were very thorough with their examination and explanation. Muchísima gracias!

Highly recommended if you have a kid that needs urgent medical attention.

The only downside was the super expensive parking. We were there for about 3 hours and parking was $104. If you come with a car, better off parking at the streets.

2. My experience in terms of facilities are luxurious, cleanliness is good, food is a little slow, what saves them is that they have a children's menu of different dishes, and they give you the choice of the dish, I give them a 9.5….And the doctors are very professional and very human. My children were there, and the truth is with the attention from the excellent medical and nursing team. Dr. Brenda Avilez (pediatrician-Pneumologist) is always on the lookout. We are very satisfied and grateful. And other important things: Parking, they charge you separately. Bone is independent, from the hospital, so they charge you what I marked. I was lucky and left my car outside on the street, and without a problem, there is a lot of security in the area. And the emergency room also attended to us quickly, there is a lot of staff, and the paperwork procedure only took a little while, costs, okay, accessible. And with the insurance it was also possible to work well.
