1. Very good experience. All staffs are very friendly and well trained.
Only problem is I had to sit on hard and cheap chair almost 8 hours in waiting room.
But still I want to give them 5 star because of overall service quality was great.
When I got a patient room nurse gave me a soft and reclining sofa for me.
2. Great service.
I had big headache to obtain medical report to submit to insurance company, Monika ( Health Information Management Clerk) explained all details very nicely, now just waiting to update my information on Patient Connect…really positive experience with her.
