Sun River Health Monticello is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Monticello, New York, serving the Sullivan County community since 2004. As part of the Sun River Health network, which operates over 40 health centers across the Hudson Valley, New York City, and Long Island, the Monticello site provides comprehensive, affordable care to all, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
