I went to the ER in the middle of the night this weekend with severe low back pain and some neuro changes in my lower half. I wanted to say that the nursing staff was top notch. Mary, the night shift nurse was gentle and caring, as well as competent skill-wise. Kelly came to do my MRI checklist and was so nice to talk to. And Rich on day shift was awesome. He made sure I got the MRI I needed, and that I was well medicated for it. The MRI tech, I believe her name was also Kelly, was very good. She noticed a discrepancy from my outpatient to inpatient orders, and made sure it was resolved. I went in to the ER very scared, and in a tremendous amount of pain. I left feeling a bit better, and with the diagnostics to actually be able to get further help as an outpatient. Thank you Auburn Faith ER and radiology. You are all a class act.
