I saw many negative comments about staff, service, delays and etc. however i did MRCP which is done by MRI on 10th Jan 2025. The service was great. Staff members were very friendly, they confirmed the report will be taking 7 days or before, but report issued in 2 days. Also they arranged to send me a report copy via whatsapp and courier service to send originals.

Negatives:
My time set to 9 am, but it took around 10 am to start the test. There was a 45 min delay. Its manageable. However i recommend for better improvements in future

Also there are 3 hospitals and if staff advice properly for which hospital for which service via call during appointment session, that’s appreciated.
