Brought my husband in after being instructed by the urgent care facility to go to the ER. All of the staff were kind, compassionate, and explained everything they were doing. No one felt hurried. Several staff members had delightful senses of humor. The doctor was very kind and took his time to answer questions. They worked hard to find a hospital bed, since his condition warranted that step. I will come here again.

I have been treated here several times for kidney stones & severe cellulitis from a spider bite. Each visit I felt their staff was professional, skilled, kind, great communication skills & shared my kind of humor. Of 3 visits I waited once for 55 min in significant pain in waiting room, however from working in an ER, I knew other pts were worse. Not that I felt better understanding, it's to be expected. Triage doing their job. I have recommended this location to others.

went in Wednesday in really really bad shape . like bad! checkin staff was compassionate and understood the urgency and were compassionate. could barely walk in and nurses ran in with a wheel chair and n95. once triaged and in the back I was still bad shape but the level of compasiion and care were top notch. I felt at ease and confident once I was in a room and the doctor and nurses were all thorough and patient when I had questions about my treatment
