Staff on North unit was wonderful caring and would see to all your needs. Dr Holloway was the same. The cafeteria food was excellent. The only complaint, is that my phone got messed up behind the nurses station the problem was supposed to be resolved and I was supposed to be reimbursed for my phone I have been waiting since January I have not yet to received any payment nor have I heard from anyone so North unit has my phone number and I would really really appreciate somebody reaching out to me to let me know what's going on thank you.

Extremely kind & caring staff, more then you’d expect them to be. My favorites were nurse Kathy, she helped me through a meltdown and was so incredibly nice, & the techs Callie & Quinton, they were the most outstandingly patient and really went out of their ways to help us. Even the cafeteria staff were great and went out of their way to help me when I was having problems eating the food. A much better experience here then the one other place I went to a few years ago. It’s really the staff who make it as great as it is.
