Tafuna Health Clinic, formally known as Tafuna Family Health Center (TFHC), is the flagship site of the American Samoa Community Health Center (ASCHC) network and is located in the heart of the western side of Tutuila island. Established as the first Federally Qualified Health Center in American Samoa, TFHC began providing services in 2003 and continues to serve as the primary administrative and service delivery site for community health initiatives across the territory

TFHC offers comprehensive, family-oriented, and culturally appropriate primary and preventive healthcare to residents of Tafuna and the surrounding communities. Services include family medicine, women’s and maternal health, pediatric care, chronic disease management (such as diabetes and hypertension), immunizations, laboratory services, dental care, behavioral health, and health education The clinic is also home to the Tafuna Satellite Pharmacy, which provides same-day prescription fills and supports medication management for patients

As a central hub for public health programs, TFHC supports cancer screening, newborn hearing screening, early intervention for children with special needs, tobacco and diabetes prevention, and infectious disease surveillance. The clinic collaborates closely with the American Samoa Department of Health and the ASCHC Board to ensure that care is accessible, high-quality, and responsive to the needs of the community

Tafuna Health Clinic is committed to improving health outcomes for all residents, especially underserved and vulnerable populations, by providing patient-centered, accessible, and affordable healthcare in a welcoming and culturally sensitive environment

Tafuna Health Clinic specializes in women's health, including prenatal and postpartum care, as well as offering services for children under five. The clinic also provides general health services and is known to have a "Well Baby" clinic. 

Tafuna Health Clinic in American Samoa provides quality healthcare services, including services for non-pregnant women and well-baby care. They also have a new Behavioral Health Services Division building, part of an expansion project, indicating an ongoing effort to improve and broaden their services. The clinic is also accessible for individuals with disabilities, featuring wheelchair-accessible entrances, parking, and restrooms.
